Brain Products Announces MoBI Award 2026 Winners

Celebrating Excellence in Mobile Brain/Body Imaging. The MoBI Award was established to recognize exceptional research in the rapidly growing field of Mobile Brain/Body Imaging. By taking neuroscience out of traditional laboratory settings and into complex, real-world environments, these researchers are unlocking a deeper understanding of human cognition and biomechanics in motion. Following a rigorous review process, Brain Products is proud to announce the winners of the MoBI Award 2026. The jury reviewed a highly competitive pool of submissions that showcased incredible advancements in mobile EEG, motion capture, and multimodal physiological monitoring. MoBI Award 2026 Winners:. 1st Prize: Clément Naveilhan (Université Côte d'Azur, France), 2nd Prize: Melanie Klapprott (University of Oldenburg, Germany), 3rd Prize: Chang Liu (Universities of Florida & Illinois, USA). Advancing Real-World Neuroscience. The awarded research topics ranged from understanding neural dynamics during naturalistic path integration and real-world navigation to examining cognitive-motor interference during dynamic tasks. These studies highlight the potential of mobile EEG to revolutionize rehabilitation, sports performance, and cognitive science. We extend our heartfelt to the 2026 winners and commend all applicants for their dedication to advancing the boundaries of mobile neuroimaging. Keep up the excellent research, and we look forward to seeing what the future holds for the next edition of the MoBI Award.
