Moonwalker is Khymeia's revolutionary system activated by the patient's central nervous system. It enables free 360° omnidirectional walking while remaining centered on a safety platform. The system supports immersive virtual and augmented reality and provides combined motor, cognitive, postural, and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation.

Moonwalker offers weight relief and incorporates a broad set of sensors to tap into the patient’s neuroplasticity and functional reserve—enabling rehabilitation that was previously not possible.
